Our fine beans are a mixed variety of Criollo and Trinitario originating from Central America. They are organic and single source harvested by cacao farmers who have been farming cacao for generations. After properly roasted, flavor is dominant cocoa, strong fruit with floral touches.

Un-roasted, unpeeled.
Inspected for acidity right after collection to ensure product freshness and uniformity prior to fermentation. Also inspected when arrived in the US.
Fermented in wooden boxes using banana leaves and organic sacks for insulation.
Product only dried on concrete and ceramic. Ingredients have not touched any plastic or inorganic material.
Available in a convenient resealable pouch bag.
Sourced from a single origin (Nicaragua).
